Orders and Payment
- All orders are confirmed only after receiving the required details and advance payment (if applicable).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment methods accepted include cash, bank transfer, and UPI.
- Full payment must be made before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery and Timelines
- Delivery timelines vary based on the type of service and order volume.

- Customers will be notified about any changes to delivery schedules.
Design Approval
- For printing and customization orders, customers must approve the design before production.
- Once approved, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design.
- Revisions after approval may incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property
- All designs, content, and materials created by Messiyah Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any logos, images, or content they provide.
- We are not liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-provided materials.
Limitation of Liability
Messiyah Media shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits arising from the use of our services
- Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
