Since our products are customized and personalized based on your specific requirements, our refund and return policies differ from standard retail products. Please review the conditions below carefully before placing your order.

Printing Products

Eligible for Replacement/Refund:
  • Printing defects or quality issues (blurred prints, color mismatch from approved proof)
  • Damaged products upon delivery
  • Wrong quantity delivered
Not Eligible:
  • Errors in customer-approved designs
  • Minor color variations due to screen vs. print differences
  • Change of mind after production has started

Customized Gift Products

Eligible for Replacement/Refund:
  • Manufacturing defects (broken handles on mugs, printing errors on our end)
  • Damaged items during delivery
  • Wrong product delivered
Not Eligible:
  • Personalized items once production is complete
  • Products with customer-approved designs
  • Items with slight variations in color or size (within acceptable range)

Software & IT Services

Refund Conditions:
  • Refunds are not available once development work has commenced
  • Partial refunds may be considered if the project is cancelled before significant work is done
  • Bug fixes and revisions within scope are provided free of cost
  • Additional features or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges

How to Request a Return/Refund

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you notice any issues.
  2. Provide photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage.
  3. Share your order details including order date and description.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
  • For replacements, we will reproduce the item and deliver at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Production: Full refund minus any design work charges
  • During Production: Partial refund based on work completed
  • After Completion: No refund for customized products
